Hi, I’m Rhys Hanscombe - a writer, racing driver, and sports science student..

I’m a student at the University of Portsmouth studying for a BSc in Sport, Health, and Exercise Science. This course includes a year of study at Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia where I'll gain a second degree.

I have ambitions of working in professional sport, and through my personal brand, I share evidence-based insights, personal experiences, and practical strategies to help people become fitter and better athletes.
